Optimizing the Responses to EcoVadis Assessment
This in-person, one-day training is intended for any company that has completed the initial EcoVadis assessment and is seeking to improve performance results for the reassessment. It will cover topics such as interpretation of certain assessment questions; the appropriateness of documentation provided; and how to address some common issues in collecting documents and answering questions, interpretations of initial assessment results, and prioritization of issues to be addressed for corrective action plan etc. The learning objectives for participants include:
- improved knowledge of EcoVadis assessment questions;
- clear understanding of the relevance and appropriateness of documents needed for responding to the assessment questions;
- identification of ways to improve internal collaboration to facilitate better transparency and to optimize the process for documents/records collection;
- improved ability to prioritize issues for developing corrective action plans.
Mastering the EcoVadis Principles for Sustained CSR Performance
This in-person, two-day training is intended for internal teams of companies/supplier factories that are responsible for the EcoVadis assessment as well as other types of CSR audits. It provides a deep dive into the criteria, indicators, and rating principles of the EcoVadis assessment, as well as the linkages between the EcoVadis assessment criteria and other CSR assessment criteria, or the Chinese legal and regulatory requirements. Case studies on how to perform basic root cause analysis, to develop and implement CSR management systems for conformance with the standards will be discussed. The learning objectives for participants include:
- Improved understanding of the linkages of EcoVadis assessment criteria and that of other CSR assessment and local legal and regulatory requirements;
- Improved ability to identify factory performance gaps with regards to EcoVadis and other CSR assessments;
- Improved skills in performing root cause analysis on gaps identified;
- Increased ability in development and implementation of management systems, including prioritization and decision making for continuous improvements of CSR rating performance.

Questionnaire Response check-up
Make sure suppliers’ answers to the questionnaire are in line with EcoVadis’ requirements. Our team can check the suppliers’ answers to the questionnaire prior to the submission to EcoVadis, and provide a short report on how to answer questions more accurately, and to point out any areas for improvements such as missing references, wrong document attachment, errors in question path, and unanswered questions.
Prior to the EcoVadis assessment, we can perform a pre-assessment to help identify performance gaps and develop an improvement plan to guide suppliers in making targeted improvements based on the assessment results. We will help suppliers prioritize the issues and efforts for improvements, especially in the context of resource constraints.
Consultation on CAP development and implementation
After the EcoVadis assessment, we can provide consultation services on how to interpret the assessment results, prioritize issues for improvement and development of Corrective Action Plans (CAP). We help the companies understand the CAP process, the tools and resources available, and how to use them.

For companies that seek to continuously improve its CSR performances, we provide consulting services on how to improve factory management systems such as policies, procedures, and implementing structures, and how to integrate the CSR policies and procedures into daily factory operations.
