维泰的社会责任意识提升课程已经开展了近20年,内容囊括了社会责任概念的独到解读、客户行为准则标准的解读及灰色地带的探讨、健康安全及环境的基本基本知识、有效的社会责任管理体系的基本架构等,具体包括但不限于以下课程:
Verité has been providing the Social Compliance Awareness Raising Course for about 20 years. The contents include the interpretation of social responsibility definitions and client Codes of Conducts, discussion of vague areas in SR, basic knowledge of health, safety and environment, and the basic structure of an effective social responsibility management system. The contents include (but are not limited to) the following:

Our compliance management improvement courses help the management integrate social and environmental responsibility standards into their day-to-day operations, so they are a natural and beneficial part of – not separate from - running a successful business. The current labor market is characterized by two main features: high turn-over rates and a new generation of migrant workers. High turn-over rates are caused by multiple factors; however, our research and onsite experience tell us that quite many workers choose to leave because of poor performance by management. The time has come for the management style to undergo a change to meet the new challenges presented in the current labor market. This series of course focus on building the capability of supervisors on management and management system for worker participation in order to improve labor relations in workplaces.
